ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Luisa Angela Carpino

Luisa Angela Carpino was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario where she currently resides. She graduated from Laurentian University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and obtained a Chartered Accountant designation in 1995. She worked for 12 years at various public accounting firms specializing in Income Tax. She worked for 14 years with the Canada Revenue Agency in various divisions, including the Income Tax Rulings Directorate. When Luisa is not teaching, writing or calculating income tax, she can be found crafting mixed media art projects. Luisa is blessed with 2 beautiful children, Emilia and Jacob, who bring light and love into her everyday life.
